In keeping with our history and traditions, in 2003 we started our journey towards ‘natural’ organic viticulture, eliminating all use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and chemical fertilizers.
The whole estate (not just the vines but also the olive groves and cereal crops) has been certified ORGANIC by the certification body ‘Suole e Salute’ (Earth and Health) since 2008 and we achieved DEMETER BIODYNAMIC CERTIFICATION in 2018.
